Jabatan di Bidang SDM Tertutup untuk Ekspatriat (Tenaga Kerja Asing) di Indonesia

Jabatan / posisi di bidang SDM di Indonesia terlarang diisi oleh Ekspatriat  (Tenaga Kerja Asing). Jabatan yang terlarang tersebut antara lain meliputi rekrutmen, penempatan dan hubungan industrial. Jabatan lain yang menetapkan sistem pengendalian kepegawaian, analisa jabatan, karir dan pelatihan. Praktis seluruh fungsi SDM dilarang diisi tenaga kerja asing.

Larangan ini diatur dalam Keputusan Menteri yaitu Kepmenakertrans No.40/2012, yang berlaku efektif sejak 29 Februari 2012. Jabatan-jabatan strategis di bidang SDM ini harus diisi oleh tenaga kerja Indonesia untuk melindungi tenaga kerja domestik. Namun demikian, posisi top management seperti Direktur, Komisaris dan Eksekutif lainnya masih dapat diisi oleh Tenaga Kerja Asing.
