Hindarkan Strategi Menjadi Tak Berarti

Seringkali kita terlalu sibuk dan tenggelam dalam hiruk pikuk rencana dan strategi di masing-masing unit kita sendiri. Merencanakan inisiatif yang bagus, terstruktur dan sistematis. Dalam keasyikan itu kadang kita terlena dan lupa apakah Rencana rencana kita sebenarnya masih sejalan dengan Strategy Utama dari perusahaan?
Apakah inisiatif kita memiliki sinergi dengan rencana dan inisiatif unit lain?
Seringkali ego kita menjebak kita ke dalam silo mentality dan tak peduli apakah upaya kita berdampak pada unit lain selama rencana kita sendiri berjalan baik.
Sempatkanlah untuk rehat dan renung sejenak. Melihat dari kacamata seorang CEO dan melihat apakah rencana kita masih sejalan dengan Strategy Utama perusahaan. Carilah tahu rencana dan inisiatif unit lain dan kolaborasi untuk mencapai Strategi Perusahaan.
