Akhir tahun 2015 lalu, OJK menerbitkan peraturan baru yang mengatur mengenai Tata Kelola Pemberian Remunerasi bagi Bank Umum. Dengan terbitnya peraturan ini maka kebijakan Remunerasi yang diterapkan oleh Bank bagi Karyawan, Direksi dan Komisaris harus disesuaikan mengikuti ketentuan dan prinsip yang diatur dalam POJK No. 45/POJK.03/2015. Kegagalan mengikuti peraturan ini dapat mengakibatkan penurunan peringkat faktor Good Corporate Governance dari Bank yang bersangkutan.
